General
- How do I change my logo/icon?

- Click the Preferences icon at the top of the screen
- Click your business name next to “Using Sqwid as:” to access your Business Profile
- Scroll down to the bottom of the EDIT BUSINESS PROFILE page
- Click Choose File, browse to the desired image file (.jpg, .png, .gif with a maximum file size of 250k)
- Click Save
- I have not yet linked my Twitter account to my business on Sqwid. How do I go about linking Twitter to Sqwid for my Business?

- Click the Preferences icon at the top of the screen
- Click your business name next to “Using Sqwid as:” to access your Business Profile
- As long as no Twitter account is linked to your business profile you will be prompted to Link with Twitter each time you enter into the EDIT BUSINESS PROFILE or EDIT USER PROFILE pages. You may click the Link with Twitter button or otherwise click the Link your Twitter account link next to Twitter Account information in your profile.
- You will be redirected to Twitter’s website to authorize Sqwid. If you are already signed in to Twitter, you will quickly be returned to EDIT USER PROFILE page where your linked Twitter handle will be listed in Twitter Account information in your profile.
- How do I disconnect or change my Twitter account associated with my Sqwid business profile?

- Click the Preferences icon at the top of the screen
- Choose either Business Settings or User Settings. In either EDIT BUSINESS PROFILE or EDIT USER PROFILE, simply click the Click here to remove button next to your Twitter Account information
- You will be prompted to then link a Twitter account to your Sqwid account
- You may link a new account by clicking Link with Twitter or click Not Now
- How can I get more Twitter results in my Twitter Activity?
- Sqwid leverages Twitter’s advanced search features to populate your Twitter activity. For more information about this topic visit How to Use Advanced Twitter Search at support.twitter.com to see examples of using search strings.
Twitter requires multiple hashtags to be set off by quotations, eg. @pamspizza OR “#STL #pizza”

Personal Rewards
- How do I create a new Personal Reward?
- Personal Rewards can be created with the easy New Personalbutton found on multiple areas of the Dashboard.
- Click New Personal on the Dashboard
- In the NEW REWARD screen, assign to a Twitter ID (this is the person to whom you would like to send the Reward), then complete the NEW Reward form by entering a Title, Description, Expiration, Notes, and Terms; or use a template by clicking Use Template button then choose the desired template from the drop down menu.
- Click Create when finished
- As a business how will I know when an Personal Reward has been claimed?
- The claim status for each Reward is found in either the default view of the Dashboard or the Rewards view of the Dashboard (sqwid.com/Rewards). You can see the status of any recent Personal Reward in the Recent Personal Rewardscolumn.
- You may also see claim status in the

- view of the Dashboard:
- In the Rewards view of the Dashboard (sqwid.com/Rewards), click the Personal tab and find the Reward in question.
- Choosing the View Claimed button will reveal all customers who have claimed the Personal Reward
- Click Redeem for the customer you wish to redeem, then confirm with Yes I’m sure!
- As a business how will I know when an Personal Reward has been redeemed?
- You will receive an email once each Personal Reward has been redeemed! You don’t have to do anything!
- I have created a Reward Template. How do I use that template for an Personal or Social Reward?
- At this time you may only create a new Personal Reward from an existing Reward Template. To do this:
- Click Rewards in the top banner
- Click Templates button
- Find the Template you would like to use and simply click the Use button
- Next, the NEW Reward form will appear with information partially completed. Feel free to edit any of this information, add a description or terms, and assign to a Twitter user.
Social Rewards
- How do I create a new Social Reward?

- Click New Social on the Dashboard
- In the NEW Reward screen, assign to a Twitter ID (this is the person to whom you would like to send the Reward), then complete the New Reward form by entering a Title, Max Uses, Claim by and redeem by dates, Description, and Terms
- Click Create
- Complete the Social Reward SUMMARY screen by editing the Social Reward Message to fit your liking, then click Tweet this button
- Can I create a new Social Reward from an existing Reward Template?
- No, at this time you may only create a new Personal Reward from an existing Reward Template.
- As a business how will I know when my Social Reward has reached its max?
- You will receive an email once a Social Reward has maxed out! You don’t have to do anything!
- Where do I find how to redeem a Social Reward in my Dashboard?

Templates
- How do I create a new Reward Template?
- The home Dashboard view offers shortcut buttons for New Personal, New Social Rewards, as well as a quick link to Templatesand creating a new Tweet.
- Click Rewards in the top banner
- Click Templates button
- Click New Template button; fill out the simple form to give the Template its Title, Description, and Terms
You may also create a Template from an existing Reward. To do this, simply click Make Template button in any existing Personal Reward. SEE HOW!
- I have a lot of the same kinds of Rewards I would like to offer but with different dollar amounts or percentages off. What is the easiest and fastest way to do this?
- The best way to do this is to create a Rewards Templates.
- I have created a Reward Template. How do I use that template for an Personal or Social Reward?
- At this time you may only create a new Personal Reward from an existing Reward Template. To do this:
- Click Rewards in the top banner
- Click Templates button
- Find the Template you would like to use and simply click the Use button

- No, at this time you may only create a new Personal Reward from an existing Reward Template.
Customer FAQ
- As a non-business user, I have tried to claim a Reward that has reached its max claims. What can I do?
- Social Rewards have a maximum amount of claims as well as both claim and redemption expirations. Some Social Rewards might have 1 max while other could have 100 – it is all at the business’s discretion. You are welcome to contact the business that created the Reward and try to work something out with them.
- As a non-business user, I have tried to claim or redeem a Reward that has expired. What can I do?
- Rewards have both claim and redemption expirations. Try to act faster next time you receive a Reward!
- I have never claimed a Sqwid Reward. Do I need to create an account?
- Yes! After arriving at Sqwid through the short link, you will see a Congratulations page with options to sign in with an existing account (if you have previously claimed an award) or Create a new account (if you are new to Sqwid Rewards).
- Click Create a new account
- Create your account by filling in your email, a desired username and password
- Click Sign Up, read the terms of service and click Sign Up again
You will be taken directly to your Reward. Hooray!
- How do I delete my account?
- Deleting your Sqwid user account is easy. Keep in mind there is no way to undo this. You will lose any Rewards that you haven’t redeemed yet.
- Click the Preferences icon at the top of the screen
- Click User Settings
- Click Delete Accountbutton, think about the consequences of losing access to great customer Rewards from some of your favorite businesses…
- If you are sure you want to delete your account, simply click the Yes I’m Sure button
You will be logged out and returned to the Sqwid home page.
